In late 2016, a new band emerged from a small beach town in New Jersey with a handful of heartfelt and poorly recorded emo songs. The band, consisting of a bunch of idiot boys, called themselves Shoobies, and would go on to hone their sound, and along the way amass an international following of wonderful and supportive fans. I, myself, being one of them. So much so, that when I found out the boys weren’t signed to a major record label, I’d decided to start one myself, and sign Shoobies as my first order of business.
