There are at least five bands named Extermination: 1) American thrash metal (California) 2) Polish black/death metal 3) American thrash metal (Pennsylvania) 4) Dutch depressive suicidal black metal 5) Swedish death/thrash metal 1) Formed in San Francisco, California, in 1987, the original line-up consisted of Julian "Dumptruck" Miller (bass, also played in Sick Minded), Rob Outlaw (guitars) and MJP (vocals). They were joined by Frank Bobadilla (drums) and Noel Jay (guitars)
