Dukes Of The Kumatai (koom-a-tay) were a 5 piece deathcore band from southern California. The band formed on September 12, 2004, with the earliest lineup being Scotty on vocals, Andrew and Nick Buonagurio on guitar, Matt Marinelli on bass, and Hector on drums. In 2006, the band would release a four track demo, featuring one track that would later be rerecorded for their debut EP, "You Are The Past, I Am The Present" a year later. CD's and merch for the EP were sold at shows and through their online store as shown on their Myspace page.
