Disowning Iscariot is the brainchild of Andrew Mcleay - a melting pot of different styles from metal to film scores to instrumentals, all combined to make a weird combination of styles to please a broad range of people. Most of Disowning Iscariot's songs are shorter and typically build up to a climax near the end of the song. It is classed as Instrumental, classical and hard rock all fused together, though not always at once. Disowning Iscariot started off in Sydney but is now based in the UK in 2008.
