When Sarah and Sal met guitar player Tommy Cai (Chinese) and drummer Angelo Merendino (Italian) after posting an add on Craigslist, they had a real melting pot of a band. It was exciting and in 2008 “Die Pretty” the Alt/Punk band was born. Their first album “Bittersweet” was picked up by an indie label Unconform Records, out of Frankfurt Germany in 2009. Having a debut record out in Europe was thrilling; it quickly sold 900 copies before the label sadly folded.
