Dhendy Mawardi was born in Bogor on 5 May 1981. Starting his career on music since he was in junior high school as a guitarist and had experienced playing 50 songs in one show! At that time also, he made a song that he didn't realize that the song is more likely a song from an indie band called Pure Saturday. He didn't even know there's a band called Pure Saturday. By that silly coincidence, he decided to really focus on making his own songs.
