A blend of old timey music, swing and modern pop best describes CR2's sound. Buster Keaton/Charlie Chaplin type outlook on life, an easy unaffected skillfull dodging of life's complexities are apparent in the lyrics and subjects. There's some ambiguty as to who CR2 actually is, and this seems intentional. Yet this lighthearted musical meandering is pleasantly calming and highly entertaining to say the least.
