Max McFerren returns to 1080p again on cassette format, bypassing the completion of the MCFERRDOG trilogy that started with 2014’s “Club Amniotics”, and instead taking a divergent path inspired heavily by the storytelling of early techno pioneers and reflections on the comedic lifestyle. Complete Walkthru is a break from the intuitive motivations guiding McFerren’s past work. Here we find a more self reflective mood within more familiar electronic territories.
