A three piece band that makes a lot of noise; and yes, Chuck plays the hell out of the bass and is the brother of Ben Folds, and yes, he is making a bit of a stab at himself for being the lesser talented younger brother of a critically acclaimed, platinum selling, world touring singer/songwriter/musician. And no, he doesn't mind you asking him about it. Steve Williard is a former member of To The Nines and also plays guitar and sings with Chuck in two other bands called Rubberband as well as Big Bang Boom.
