Captain Not Responsible was a hardcore punk band out of the Blitz-squat in Oslo, Norway. The band was very much an all-star band and included members from Life... But How To Live It?, So Much Hate and Data Morgana. Captain Not Responsible released one 7", one CDEP and one full-length CD. The members continued in bands like Drunk and 2:20.
