A singer/songwriter born in Palo Alto, CA, Billy Felix started playing guitar during his college years while attending the University of California, Santa Barbara. After recording 2 solo albums, "billy december builds a flux capacitor" and "a diet soda and a hurricane," he joined forces with fellow Gaucho Nalani Jolly, forming the band Chilis?!?!? They had a successful, if short-lived run of success, becoming the darlings of local open mic nights.
