Billy Corgan with Spirits in the Sky

Spirits In The Sky is a side project of Billy Corgan, leader of the Smashing Pumpkins. The band features members of the current recording/touring lineup of the Smashing Pumpkins, as well as additional guests, including Dave Navarro. Initially conceived as a tribute to recently deceased friend of Corgan, Sky Saxon, the band performed a short tour of the West coast of the USA in August and September of 2009.
