Bella and le Strangers is comprised of a duo, Ashley Hamel and Emma Brice, who met while attending the University of Connecticut in 2006. Much later in their friendship, they discovered that they both had a deep love of Harry Potter and the Wizard Rock scene. Bella and le Strangers was born.
