There are two bands with the name beach side property. 1. beach side property is an indie/emo band from the Connecticut shoreline taking inspiration from bands like Mom jeans., Modern Baseball, Origami Angel, and Car Seat Headrest. Members include: Ruby Degoursey on bass and vocals, Kate Burton on guitar and vocals, Patrick Lalonde on guitar, and Ryan Shea (of Mildly Allergic) on drums. Kate and Ruby are the primary lyric writers of the band, and Patrick writes lyrics too. sometimes.
