Antrodemus was formed in early 2007 in Banjarbaru, South Borneo, Indonesia. The name "Antrodemus" itself was taken from the name of the dinosaur. Antrodemus is another name of Allosaurus, a large carnivore dinosaurs (carnosaurus) who live in the Jurassic era. Allosaurus literally means odd lizard.
