Alex Carlin is an American rock musician most well known for his Guinness World Record, playing the “Longest Solo Concert” – 32 hours of rock songs. He was an original member of The Rubinoos, the Berkeley, California based pop group that had several top 40 hits in the late 1970s. He was also a main member of the band Psycotic Pineapple, which is considered an influential “1977 punk” band. He co-wrote the song “Little Demon”, which was performed in the 1984 Tom Hanks movie “Bachelor Party”.
